What Is Negotiation skills Training?

This course seeks to heighten participants awareness of various approaches to negotiation and to increase skills in achieving effective win-win outcomes in any negotiating situation.

- Devising a strategy for handling the negotiation process from planning through to completion
- Applying the knowledge gained to a role play situation
- Discussing strategies for dealing with obstacles and opposition tactics.

The Negotiation skills course will be accredited to the latest in recognised certificating award. All successful delegates will also receive an Xyz certificate of attendance. Enrolled subscribers of the National Training Card will also have any certificate, qualification and/or ID card (where applicable) automatically added to their member account.
