What Is Sales Presentation Skills Training?

The aim of this course is to enable delegates to be able to establish their customers' needs, how to match these needs to the benefits offered by their product or service and then create a strong impact by presenting using a systematic brand talk. By the end of the course delegates will be able to identify what motivates people to buy. Plan a structured approach using the systematic sales cycle. Clearly identify the individual steps of a typical sales call, and then business opportunities in each case. Maintain control of their presentation using a set of selling tools. Use simple questioning and active listening techniques to establish exactly what their customer needs and wants. Identify and sell the benefits, not the features of their products. Create real impact in the mind of their customers with a structured product brand talk.
